Submitting Requests for Assistance

 

If you need assistance with the platform or have an issue with your site, please put it in the Support Tracker. This method will ensure that your request is received, reviewed, and responded to as quickly as possible based on the staff available at the time.  We hope this will alleviate delays when someone is out of the office, away for a meeting, etc. since multiple staff members can monitor these communication channels.

  • The Support Tracker is your primary communications channel.

  • If you are not using the Support Tracker here’s how.

  • If you have a general question that is not time-sensitive, please email clubs@harvard.edu and we will get back to you after critical and urgent items have been addressed.

Please provide as many details as possible to help us assist you.  At a minimum please indicate:

  • Your Name

  • The best way and time to contact you

  • A full description of the issue

  • Any critical deadlines dependent upon resolving your question
