Campus Events
At this time, the Clubs and SIGs team has paused the support of Club and SIG managed on-campus events including the acceptance of new requests from Clubs and SIGs. The HAA is assessing the resources needed for these events and reviewing new policies that have been implemented by campus partners.
If your Club or SIG is interested in hosting an event on campus, we recommend that you connect directly with your student organization counterpart, as student groups have priority access to available spaces and campus resources. Should you proceed with a student organized campus event, please familiarize yourself with the policy on campus use shared in August of 2024 by the Office of the Executive Vice President.
