Greetings!

Spring has arrived here in Cambridge, and our calendar reflects the vibrancy of the season with numerous upcoming opportunities and deadlines for Clubs and SIGs!

As a reminder, the Annual Report survey deadline is Sunday, May 19. By completing the Annual Report survey, you will help inform strategic resources and collaborations. Check to see if your Club or SIG has submitted their Annual Report on this Annual Report Completion Progress dashboard.

Additionally, we kindly ask that all Club and SIG presidents and treasurers sign the Operating Agreement and Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement (requires HarvardKey login to access), which was emailed on April 18–19. If you have any questions about these requirements, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Celebrate Harvard Alumni Day – on campus and locally

There’s still time to join the HAA in hosting a local celebration in honor of the third annual Harvard Alumni Day! All Harvard Clubs, SIGs, and Contacts are encouraged to organize in-person or virtual events on or around May 31 to mark the occasion. Visit Officers Lounge for further details. Don’t miss out — register your local celebration by May 17!

Harvard Climate Action Week

You’re invited to the second annual Harvard Climate Action Week taking place from June 10–14. Hosted by the Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability, this week of activities convenes leaders from government, business, healthcare, civil society, and academia to work together on climate solutions.

Harvard Club of Philadelphia annual dinner attendees

The Harvard Club of Philadelphia held their annual dinner featuring HAA President, Ty Moore AB ’06, and HAA Associate Vice President and Executive Director, Sarah C. Karmon. The Club awarded their inaugural Nancy-Beth Gordon Sheerr AB ’71 award to longtime volunteer, David Chen MAR ’99, MAUD ’99.
