Alumni Affiliation Verification
Many Clubs and SIGs wish to verify a potential member’s alumni affiliation before granting them membership. Use the best practices and helpful information on verifying a potential member's Harvard alumni affiliation.
Alumni Outreach Tool Kit
Have a great idea or best practice you are interested in sharing? There are a number of outreach resources available to you through the HAA and through Class, School, Harvard Club, and HAA Shared Interest Group (SIG) channels. This document covers an overview of those resources so you can determine if, when, how, and to whom you want to reach out.
Collaborations and Partnerships
This resource page highlights opportunities for collaboration and partnership across HAA Clubs and Shared Interest Groups (SIGs) as well as student and alumni organizations across the University. By fostering connections both virtually and in-person, these partnerships can enhance engagement, create impactful events, and strengthen your alumni community.
HAA's Anti-racism Working Group (ARWG) continues to source and present programming and materials to support alumni initiatives across the globe. Creating meaningful dialog around topics such as racial equity and social justice is exactly the type of work we want to share broadly in the alumni community. 'Contentious Conversations' is available in a video program led by Professor Tim McCarthy and provides discussion questions.
Creating and Communicating Value Proposition
This resource was created by club and SIG leaders and other alumni volunteers to help clubs and SIGs identify and evaluate value propositions rooted in their missions and values. The strategies and best practices for developing and communicating value proposition outlined here are intended to inspire and empower clubs and SIGs to question, create, replicate, iterate and innovate in their efforts to grow and strengthen the Harvard alumni community.
