Greetings!

As spring arrives in Cambridge, it’s time to complete the Annual Report survey. On Tuesday, April 8, an email with the survey link was sent to all Club and SIG presidents, vice presidents, treasurers, and secretaries. This survey is required for all Clubs and SIGs and serves as a key benchmark to shape the resources, programs, and benefits we provide across the network.

As part of the Annual Report, the HAA Operating Agreement outlines governance, operational, and engagement standards to support the effective management of Clubs and SIGs. This agreement must be signed by presidents and treasurers.

We ask that all Clubs and SIGs complete the Annual Report and submit the signed Operating Agreement by Sunday, May 18. Thank you in advance for your time and commitment to fulfilling this important HAA requirement.

Harvard Alumni Day – SIG Meetups and Local Celebrations

Celebrate Harvard Alumni Day on June 6! Interested in participating? Choose from the options below:

SIG Meetups: Host a SIG Meetup to connect with your SIG community and recruit new members! SIG Meetups will take place on campus on June 6 from 3:00–5:00 p.m. (ET). Register by April 16.  

Local Celebrations: Clubs and Contacts can host an event in their region to celebrate Alumni Day across the globe. Local celebrations can take place on June 6 or throughout the weeks around this date. Register by May 30.

Award Harvard Prize Books to Students

There’s still time to take part in this year’s Prize Book program! Award Harvard Prize Books to outstanding students in the next-to-graduating high school class to inspire them for future academic studies and introduce them to the opportunities available at Harvard. Don’t miss out—place your order by April 30!

Make Your Voice Heard! 2025 Harvard Elections

Eligible Harvard degree holders can vote in the Harvard Overseers and HAA Elected Directors elections from April 1 to May 20 (5 p.m. ET). Candidate bios, FAQs, and election details can be found online. Learn about Board of Overseers candidates through profiles in Harvard Magazine and this video series, and hear from Elected Director candidates in their own words.
