Greetings!

Spring is in full bloom here in Cambridge, and our calendar is just as lively with key dates and opportunities for Clubs and SIGs!

As a reminder, the deadline to complete the Annual Report survey and submit the signed HAA Operating Agreement is Sunday, May 18. Your responses help inform strategic resources and collaborations. As part of the Annual Report, the HAA Operating Agreement outlines key governance and engagement standards for Clubs and SIGs. If you have any questions about these requirements, please reach out.

Additionally, we invite you to join us in celebrating alumni impact, citizenship, and community at Harvard Alumni Day! On-campus celebrations will take place on Friday, June 6—be sure to check out the schedule, along with gatherings hosted by Clubs and SIGs that truly bring the spirit of the day to life!

Harvard Alumni Day – Local Celebrations

There’s still time for Clubs and Contacts to host an event in their region to celebrate Harvard Alumni Day across the globe. Local Celebrations can take place on Friday, June 6 or throughout the weeks around this date. Bring the festivities to your local community—register your Local Celebration by Friday, May 30!

Recognizing Excellence: Nominate Clubs & SIGs

Help us honor the exceptional contributions of our Clubs, SIGs, and remarkable volunteer leaders through the HAA Clubs and SIGs Awards. Nominate a deserving Outstanding Alumni Community or Outstanding Volunteer Leader by Friday, June 13. Winners will be announced at the 2025 Alumni Leadership Conference.

Clubs & SIGs Spotlight

In April, the Harvard Club of Hawaii hosted an Admit Welcome Reception with admits, parents and interviewers in attendance.

The Harvard Club of Chicago welcomed the Ivy+ community at its recent Books & Brews book club meetup. Attendees enjoy craft beer and snacks while discussing publications by Harvard alumni and faculty.
