We were delighted to welcome so many alumni back to campus this spring for Reunions, SIG Meetups, and Alumni Day, and to see our community reconnect and celebrate together! In addition to the on-campus celebrations, Clubs and SIGs around the world have been buzzing with activity. As the academic year winds down, many Clubs and SIGs are taking a well-earned break. This is a great time to explore the Officers Lounge, your go-to resource hub for running your Club or SIG. Inside, you’ll find operational best practices, HAA-supported programming opportunities, and digital tools to elevate your outreach and communications. We encourage you to share this valuable resource with your Board members and fellow volunteers.

The deadline to submit HAA Clubs and SIGs Award nominations has been extended to Friday, June 20. Awards will be presented at the 2025 Alumni Leadership Conference. Nominate an outstanding alumni leader or community today!

Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: SCSF

The Summer Community Service Fellowship (SCSF) program has seen an exciting increase in funding this year with 13 Clubs and SIGs awarding $133,000 to 23 very deserving students. We thank our Clubs and SIGs for their support of these fellows as they explore an interest in public service this summer.

Stay Informed: News & Updates from Leadership

Stay up to date with the latest Harvard news and announcements—read President Garber’s recent messages to the community, explore the new alumni toolkit, review HPAC’s Federal Lawsuits and visit Harvard Looks Forward. These tools empower alumni to stay informed, advocate for the University and higher-ed, and support Harvard with charitable contributions. Clubs and SIGs are encouraged to share these links with their alumni communities.

Make an Impact: Volunteer with Harvard's Firsthand Advisors

Participate in the Mignone Center for Career Success’ Firsthand Advisors program and support current students in their career pursuits. Firsthand Advisors connects students with alumni from diverse Harvard schools who have worked at organizations around the globe.

Clubs & SIGs Spotlight

Club and SIG meetup participants at Harvard Alumni Day

At this year’s Harvard Alumni Day, 26 SIGs hosted SIG Meetups that connected and engaged more than 1,000 alumni around shared identities, professions, and common interests.

In the spirit of collaboration and connection, members from the Undergraduate-based Choir SIGs—Alumni of the Kuumba Singers of Harvard College, Harvard Din & Tonics Alumni Foundation, Harvard Glee Club Alumni, Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum Foundation, Harvard University Choir Alumni, Radcliffe Choral Society Foundation, Radcliffe Pitches Alumnae—came together to perform on campus during Harvard Alumni Day.

Sixteen Clubs, including the Harvard Club of Kuwait, registered to host a Harvard Alumni Day (HAD) local celebration to recgonize Harvard’s vibrant global network. Local celebrations take place on HAD and during the surrounding weeks.
