Greetings!

Thank you to all our Club and SIG leaders, as well as HAA regional contacts, who traveled to campus for the 2025 Alumni Leadership Conference (ALC)! This year, we welcomed representatives from over 100 Clubs, SIGs, and contacts across 41 countries. It was inspiring to see so many volunteers connect, share experiences, and exchange best practices throughout the conference.

We encourage you to continue the conversations started at ALC, both within your cohorts and across the broader Clubs and SIGs network. ALC resources can be found on Officers Lounge.

Annual Report: Clubs and Shared Interest Groups

We are pleased to debut the new Annual Report E-book: Clubs and Shared Interest Groups—A Look Back (July 2024–June 2025), an interactive e-book built on record survey participation. Download your copy to benchmark performance, spark data-driven dialogue, and inspire innovation. An HAA Board Executive Committee member praised it as “clear, data-rich, visually engaging, and striking the right tone.”

SCSF: Empower the Next Generation of Public Service Leaders

Support current Harvard students as they explore careers in public service! The Summer Community Service Fellowship (SCSF) invites Clubs and SIGs to fund one or more students pursuing nonprofit opportunities over the summer. Organizations interested in funding SCSF fellowships for Summer 2026 must register their participation by December 5.

Join the HAA Speakers Bureau on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 7:00-8:00 p.m. ET to learn from the Gordon McKay Professor of the Practice of Computer Science, David J. Malan, who will speak on “Embracing AI in CS50 at Harvard, Oxford, and Beyond with David J. Malan.”

All Clubs, SIGs, and Contacts are eligible to co-sponsor this event and share with their communities!

Mark your Calendars! 2026 Global Networking Night

2026 Global Networking Night (GNN) will occur on March 25. GNN brings thousands of Harvard alumni together in cities around the world via events hosted by Harvard Clubs and HAA Contacts. Host a GNN event to engage with your alumni community.

Clubs & SIGs Spotlight

190 Club and SIG leaders, Contacts, and HAA Board members gathered for the 2025 Annual Leadership Conference (ALC) on October 22–23 at the new David Rubenstein Treehouse for two full days of programming and networking.

Congratulations to this year’s Club and SIG award winners! Announced annually, HAA Club and SIG Awards celebrate individuals and organizations for their exceptional contributions.

This year’s recipients represent (left to right) Harvard Club of Boston, Harvard Club of Long Island, Harvard Club of Bengaluru, and the Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization.
