Greetings!

We were delighted to welcome more than 11,000 alumni and guests back to campus this spring for Reunions, SIG Meetups, and Harvard Alumni Day, and to see our community reconnect and celebrate together. The Fifth Annual Harvard Alumni Day brought graduates from all schools and class years to campus for the main program, symposia, and the much loved tradition of SIG Meetups. Be sure to explore this month’s Clubs and SIGs Spotlight for photos and highlights from Harvard Alumni Day.

As the academic year winds down, many Clubs and SIGs are taking a well earned-break, making this the perfect time to explore the Officers Lounge, your go-to resource hub for running your Club or SIG. There, you’ll find operational best practices, HAA supported programming opportunities, and digital tools to strengthen your outreach and communications. We encourage you to share this valuable resource with your board members and fellow volunteers.

Last Chance to Recognize: Submit Club & SIG Award Nominations

The deadline to submit HAA Clubs and SIGs Awards nominations has been extended to Sunday, June 21. Awards will be presented at the 2026 Alumni Leadership Conference. Nominate an outstanding alumni leader or community today!

Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: SCSF

The Summer Community Service Fellowship (SCSF) program has seen an exciting increase in funding this year with 15 Clubs and SIGs awarding $141,750 to 24 very deserving students. We thank our Clubs and SIGs for their support of these fellows as they explore an interest in public service this summer.

Share Successes: Submit the Annual Report

The deadline to submit the Annual Report and Operating Agreement is approaching! Designate one volunteer to submit the Annual Report questionnaire for your organization.

Mentor in a Moment: Join Harvard’s Firsthand Advisors

Participate in the Mignone Center for Career Success’ Firsthand Advisors program and support current students in their career pursuits. Firsthand Advisors connects students with alumni through “flash mentoring,” allowing alumni to provide a burst of expertise without burdening their limited time.

Clubs & SIGs Spotlight

First Generation Harvard Alumni club dinner

At this year’s Harvard Alumni Day, 27 SIGs hosted SIG Meetups that connected and engaged approximately 1,000 alumni around shared identities, professions, and common interests.

In the spirit of collaboration and connection, members from the Undergraduate-based Choir SIGs—Alumni of the Kuumba Singers of Harvard College, Harvard Din & Tonics Alumni Foundation, Harvard Glee Club Alumni, Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum Foundation, Harvard University Choir Alumni, Radcliffe Choral Society Foundation, Radcliffe Pitches Alumnae — performed on stage together at Harvard Alumni Day.

The Harvard Club of Italy kicked off their summer season with a rooftop gathering in Rome overlooking the Pantheon for a fun-filled evening of community and conversation.
