Greetings!

We’re excited to share details about the 2026 Alumni Leadership Conference (ALC), a dedicated gathering for volunteers to connect and learn from each other. This year’s ALC will take place on October 21–22 on Harvard’s Cambridge-Allston campus.

ALC brings together Club and SIG leaders from around the world to exchange best practices, share success stories, and address common challenges. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your volunteer network, build new connections, and make friends.

Invitations to register for the conference have been sent to Club and SIG Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Secretaries. We encourage organizations to consider sending new or emerging leaders who may not have attended ALC before. With limited space, Club and SIG Board Members who are interested in participating should speak with their organization’s president.

Speakers Bureau provides Harvard Clubs and SIGs the opportunity to bring a faculty speaker to your community. The roster and request process will be available in September. Join us for a Speakers Bureau info session on Tuesday, August 25 to hear more about the program!

Nominate alumni for Harvard Magazine 36

In 2027, Harvard Magazine will publish the first-ever "Harvard Magazine 36" – a list honoring 36 alumni whose impactful work may be flying under the radar. The list will recognize graduates making meaningful contributions across professions, fields, and communities around the world.

The deadline for submitting nominations is September 30th.

Promote your event in Harvard This Week, the HAA’s weekly newsletter sent on Sundays to the broader alumni community highlighting events from Clubs, SIGs, and Harvard-wide programs. To have your event featured, simply complete the HTW submission form. Be sure to review the lead time and submission guidelines at the top of the form.
