Broadening Alumni Engagement in Clubs & SIGs

We welcome you to join fellow Harvard Club and Shared Interest Group (SIG) leaders from around the world to explore how we can continue to engage alumni. At the Alumni Leadership Conference (ALC), participants will attend sessions designed to tackle the following questions:

  • How do successful organizations sustain a variety of active and engaged volunteers?
  • How do we broaden our programming to attract an expanded alumni community?
  • What inspires volunteers to contribute their time, energy, and ideas?
  • How do we increase the diversity of our leadership teams?
  • What are common characteristics of growing, active Clubs and SIGs?
  • How do Clubs and SIGs provide meaningful contributions to their larger communities?
