Someone is having trouble with the login – what should I do?

If the person having problems is not a Harvard alum or HAA Associate, please have them contact your site admin, or email alumni_magnet@harvard.edu 

    For Alumni/ae and HAA associates who are having issues with claiming their Harvard Key – you should give them the HAA Online Help Desk info. To contact the Help desk they can:
