How to Start a Shared Interest Group

Are you interested in connecting with fellow Harvard alumni around a particular student activity or religion? Would you like to find other alumni who feel passionately about a specific profession or cultural pursuit? Or, are you looking to help strengthen your alumni community? If so, you’ve come to the right place!

HAA Shared Interest Groups (SIGs) connect thousands of alumni across the country and around the world to each other, to undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff, and to the University and its resources through local programming, websites, social media, and a variety of HAA programs. SIGs encourage social and intellectual enrichment and build vibrant alumni communities. These organizations span the gamut in terms of their “interests,” which range from student activity to identity and from profession to religion; they are alumni-governed and independently financed.
