The HAA Team will be conducting a training session Tomorrow, Thursday October 20th at 9:30am EST.  

All AlumniMagnet administrators are invited to participate.  If you have a specific question, please send it to me in advance (if possible) at Julie_dorsey@harvard.edu. After the training session, I will send out a follow-up email that will address your specific questions as well as new questions that come out of each session.

This session will cover Events. Some websites have been live for years while others have just started their development. All are relatively new to the updated platform – so the content will be tailored for everyone.

If you are having an urgent issue – please do not wait for one of these training sessions.  As soon as possible, have your head administrators add the issue to the online Support Tracker.

We will send an email on Monday with the training schedule for the next few weeks.
