How do Auto-renewal messages work?

Auto-renewal messages are sent 60 days before, 30 days before and the day before membership is scheduled to expire. 

If the member does not renew, they will also get a “we miss you” message 30 days after.  The messages are standard for all Harvard Clubs and SIGs.  Let us know if you would like to see a copy of what is sent.
