Files & Images
For images and files that you wish to display on your website –you should upload, store and manage from “Manage Files and Images” (also known as the “File Vault”).
Files
If you would like to include a document (PDF, Word, etc.) on a webpage or to send in an email, you will need to upload the file to the file vault. The file vault will store the file on the servers and create a direct link that can be used on your site and for sending out in emails.
