Volunteer Code of Conduct

Harvard Clubs are encouraged to adopt a code of conduct for members.  Here is some suggested language for incorporation or adaptation:

“For any conduct by a member seriously harmful to the welfare of the Harvard Club of _________, the Board of the Harvard Club of ______ or any member of the Harvard Club of _____, the Board of Directors, after a vote of a majority of elected directors under the bylaws, has the right to terminate or suspend membership.”
