Completion of the Annual Report is a requirement of all HAA Clubs and Shared Interest Groups. Submission by the deadline helps to maintain good standing with the University. We appreciate your partnership and eagerly anticipate your valuable contributions.
Complete the 2026 Annual Report Survey by Monday, June 22 at 11:59PM ET.
Each Club or SIG should select one person to submit the survey on behalf of the organization. Before completing the survey, review the Annual Report Checklist and Preview the Questions.
