Annual Report Survey - Opens April 8th!
We've enhanced and streamlined the Clubs and SIGs Annual Report survey based on your feedback, making your participation even more valuable. The survey will be emailed to all Club and SIG presidents, vice presidents, treasurers, and secretaries. Each Club and SIG should submit only ONE Annual Report by May 18, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. If you’re uncertain whether your organization has completed this year’s Annual Report, visit the Dashboard. Here you’ll find the collective progress towards this year’s goal, individual Club/SIG completion status, and other details. Your contributions will be critical in crafting the comprehensive Annual Report book, slated for release in Fall 2025.
Here's how to proceed:
Step 1: Review and Gather Data
Use the provided FY25 checklist to collect necessary information and preview questions.
Step 2: Designate a Survey Representative
Identify an individual within your organization to complete the survey, which should take about 20 minutes. This individual will also be responsible for attesting to the accuracy of data provided.
Step 3: Submit Survey Responses
Promptly submit your responses and save a PDF copy for reference.

NOTES:
- Only ONE Annual Report submission is required per Club or SIG.
- If the President isn't the submitter, kindly forward the PDF to him/her/them.
- Direct any questions to your Staff Liaison.
Completion of the Annual Report is a requirement of all HAA Clubs and Shared Interest Groups. Please ensure submission by the deadline to maintain good standing with the University. We appreciate your partnership and eagerly anticipate your valuable contributions.
